Returns Policy


1.1   The Client shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within seven (7) days of delivery notify the Seller of any alleged damage or failure to comply with the description. The Client shall afford the Seller an opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time following delivery if the Client believes the Goods are defective in any way. If the Client shall fail to comply with these provisions the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any damage.
1.2   For damaged Goods which the Seller has agreed in writing that the Client is entitled to reject, the Seller’s liability is limited to repairing or replacing the Goods provided that:
the Client has complied with the provisions of clause 1.1;

the Seller will not be liable for Goods which have not been stored or used in a proper manner;

the Goods are returned in the condition in which they were delivered, with all packaging material;

the costs of carriage and any insurance for any Goods returned for repair or replacement are at the Clients cost;

the costs of carriage and any insurance for any Goods returned to the Client following repair are at the Clients cost;

the Seller is not liable for any Goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
1.3   The Seller may (in its discretion) accept the Goods for credit in extreme circumstances.
1.4   In the unlikely event the Goods supplied by the Seller are not what the Client ordered the Seller will replace the goods at their cost.
1.5   No returns on sale items. All sales are final.


2.1   No returns on Parts will be accepted for credit after 30 days.
2.2   Goods must be returned in its original condition with packaging and sales receipt.
2.3   No returns on electronic items; indent items and/or sale items. All sales are final.
